all orders are packed in multi-use packaging and shipped in a recyclable envelope. in-stock pieces will ship from toronto within 3 days of order being placed. for custom made-to-order pieces, allow 2-3 weeks for creation and delivery.
you will receive an email confirmation complete with tracking number once your order has shipped. please check your spam folder if you did not received this email. all orders are shipped through canada post.
in canada and the united states, estimated delivery time is 2-10 days. for all other destinations, the estimated delivery time is 5-25 days. canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes. if your order never arrives we will do our utmost to resolve the issue. most of the time it is simply a matter of waiting a little longer.

to be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

• any order with a promotion of 20% or over is considered final sale
• you are responsible for return shipping expenses
• after 3 days of receiving your package we will not accept return or exchange requests
please contact info@sartoria.ca within 72 hours of receiving your order. please state your order number, styles and sizes, the reason for the return, and confirmation that the item(s) meet the return criteria above. you will be provided with the return shipping address.
returned garments must be shipped out to our studio within 5 business days of approval. once the product has been received and assessed, we will process the refund within 4 business days. you will receive an email notification of your refund once it is completed. processing times depend on your bank. refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used.
